The data are collected and administered, as laid down in the Data Protection Act, by Stadtwerke Münster GmbH and the following service providers, acting as order data processors:

- Deutsche Verkehrsbank LogPay GmbH, Frankfurt – Eschborn
A distinction is made here between personal data and usage data.
The usage data collected by Rheinbahn and/or the service providers are deactivated in the system six months after completion of the transaction. After this they are blocked in accordance with §35, section 3 of the German Data Protection Act and are archived in line with statutory regulations. Personal data are deleted six months after completion of all transactions. The same applies accordingly when the usage contract is terminated.
4.3. Cookies
Stadtwerke Münster uses cookies on its website. Cookies are small text data which are stored locally in the cache of the Internet browser used by the visitor to the website. Cookies enable the Internet browser to be recognized again. Cookies help us to ascertain how often our website is used, as well as to find out the number of users. They also enable us to make our offers as convenient and efficient as possible for you. Your name, IP address and so on are not stored. No individual profile of your user behaviour is made.
4.4. Using and passing on personal data; purpose
